An OpenSkies Boeing 757-200, registration F-HAVN performing flight EC-5/BA-8005 from Paris Orly (France) to New York JFK,NY (USA), was enroute at FL370 over the Atlantic Ocean about 470nm northeast of Gander,NL (Canada).

A private business jet (Challenger 604) was operating at FL360 from London Stansted,EN (UK) to Bangor,ME (USA) and experienced moderate to severe turbulence causing the aircraft to deviate from its assigned flight level by about 200 feet.

The Canadian TSB reported the crew of the Boeing 757-200 received a TCAS resolution advisory to climb and climbed to FL375 until receiving a clear of conflict indication.

Both aircraft continued to their destinations without further incident.
