A Cargojet Boeing 767-300, registration C-GVIJ performing flight W8-1894 (dep Dec 28th) from Cologne (Germany) to Hamilton,ON (Canada) with 4 crew, was on approach to Hamilton, when upon selecting the flaps to 20 degrees the crew received a "TE FLAPS DISAGREE" EICAS message, the flaps stopped at 15 degrees. The crew declared emergency, worked the related checklists and used the alternate flaps system to extend the flaps to 20 degrees. The aircraft subsequently landed safely.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance found the flap 7 transmission torque limiter tripped and replaced the system.
