A Cargojet Boeing 757-200 freighter, registration C-GCJT performing flight W8-2458 from Calgary,AB to Hamilton,ON (Canada) with 2 crew, was on approach to Hamilton when upon selecting flaps 1 the crew received a "TE FLAPS DISAGREE" indication. The crew worked the related checklists and prepared for a flaps up landing, requested emergency services on stand by. The aircraft landed safely on Hamilton's runway 12.

The Canadian TSB reported: "Maintenance inspection found that the coupling for the #7 transmission was disconnected. The flap torque tube was replaced and during rigging and final check of flaps, two bolts were missing and the securing hardware was loose for the outboard RH flap control rod. The aircraft had recently came out of C-check."
