The Canadian TSB reported that maintenance replaced the #3 flap position transmitter and the left flap/stabilizer position module.
The occurrence aircraft suffered similiar events on Dec 28th, see Incident: Cargojet B763 at Cologne on Dec 28th 2016, flaps problem and Dec 29th (no further information available yet) again.
