The flight was cancelled.
The airline reported a flight attendant and 23 passengers were taken to hospitals with burning eyes, itchy skin and difficulties breathing.
Emergency services reported a number of passengers were complaining about neck and back injuries as result of coming down the slides, others complained about burning eyes, itchy skin and breathing difficulties.
The FAA reported the aircraft was evacuated via slides after an apparent fuel leak was detected.
