A Caribbean Airlines Avions de Transport Regional ATR-72-212A, registration 9Y-TTA performing flight BW-441 from St. George's (Grenada) to Port of Spain (Trinidad and Tobago), was descending towards Port of Spain when the crew declared emergency reporting low quantity and the loss of the green hydraulic system, which would also affect their braking (loss of normal braking). The aircraft continued for a safe landing on runway 10, was able to vacate the runway and stopped disabled on the adjacent taxiway. The aircraft was towed to the apron.
