On Feb 27th 2015 the Canadian TSB reported that a post flight examination revealed substantial structural damage to the tail section of the aircraft. The occurrence was rated an accident.
On Mar 4th 2015 the Canadian TSB reported the the buckling damage to frames, spars and fuselage skin was identified minor and re-rated the occurred to a reportable incident.
