An Aer Arann Avion de Transport Regional ATR-42-300 on behalf of Aer Lingus, registration EI-CBK performing flight RE-3213/EI-3213 from Isle of Man (UK) to Dublin (Ireland) with 29 passengers, landed on Dublin's runway 10 at 10:34L (09:34Z) when an observer reported smoke from the arriving ATR's gear on ground frequency. After the aircraft had stopped on the runway the crew reported to tower they had burst a tyre and requested emergency services to have a look. Emergency services confirmed the outboard left main tyre and possibly the inboard left main tyre had blown. The passengers disembarked normally onto the runway.

Runway 10/28 was closed for about 4 hours until the aircraft was towed off the runway as a result, runway 16 was used instead.
