An Aer Arann Avions de Tansport Regional ATR-42-300 on behalf of Aer Lingus, registration EI-CBK performing flight EI-3296 from Dublin (Ireland) to Cardiff,WL (UK) with 37 passengers, landed on Cardiff's runway 12 but burst the outboard right hand tyre and came to a stop disabled on the runway.

The airport was closed for about 2 hours until the aircraft was moved to the apron.
