An Air Canada Boeing 767-300, registration C-GHOZ performing flight AC-898 (dep May 30th) from Edmonton,AB (Canada) to London Heathrow,EN (UK) with 189 people on board, was enroute when the center hydraulic system failed due to a leak. The crew continued the flight to London, declared emergency on approach to London and landed the aircraft safely.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance found the Blanking Union Seal at the right hand stabilizer outboard Power Control Actuator was defective.
