An American Airlines Boeing 757-200, registration N189AN performing flight AA-2481 from Dallas Ft. Worth,TX (USA) to San Juan (Puerto Rico), was climbing out of Dallas Ft. Worth's runway 35L when the crew received a left aft cabin door indication. Cabin crew in the aft galley reported an air rush from the left aft cabin door, the flight crew noticed the cabin did not pressurize normally and aborted the climb at 14,000 feet. The aircraft returned to Dallas Ft. Worth for a safe landing on runway 35C about 20 minutes after departure.

A replacement Boeing 757-200 registration N607AM reached San Juan with a delay of 2 hours.
