The Canadian TSB reported due to the infringement of the landing area a Morningstar Air Express Boeing 757-200 on final about 1.6nm before touchdown needed to go around.
NAV Canada reported the Boeing 777 infringed the obstacle limitation surface and landing area for runway 23.
The Boeing 777-300 departed about 2 minutes later, the Boeing 757 positioned for another approach and landed safely about 15 minutes later.
