A Sunstate de Havilland Dash 8-400 on behalf of Qantas, registration VH-QOH performing flight QF-2008 from Sydney,NS to Tamworth,NS (Australia), was climbing out of Sydney's runway 16L when the crew stopped the climb at FL180 and decided to return to Sydney due to a hydraulic leak. The aircraft landed safely back on Sydney's runway 16R about 65 minutes after departure.

The aircraft returned to service about 40 hours after landing.
