A Croatia Airlines Airbus A320-200, registration 9A-CTJ performing flight OU-491 from London Heathrow,EN (UK) to Zagreb (Croatia), was enroute at FL370 about 250nm northwest of Zagreb (Croatia) in the vicinity of Munich (Germany) when the crew decided to shut one of the engines (CFM56) down due to vibrations. The aircraft drifted down to FL200 and continued to Zagreb for a safe landing about 45 minutes after leaving FL370.

The airline confirmed the crew shut one engine down due to vibrations.

The occurrence aircraft remained on the ground in Zagreb for about 38 hours before returning to service.
