A Jazz de Havilland Dash 8-300, registration C-GVON performing flight QK-8251 from Castlegar,BC to Vancouver,BC (Canada) with 45 people on board, was enroute when the crew received a 2 Hydraulic ISO valve caution indication and observed the #2 hydraulic quantity reduce to less than one quart. Arriving at Vancouver the crew performed an alternate gear extension and declared emergency reporting a gear issue. The aircraft landed safely.

The Canadian TSB reported the right hand flex line in the nose gear drag strut actuator was found leaking, the flex line was replaced.
