A replacement Airbus A320-200 ZK-OXD reached Wellington as flight NZ-443D with a delay of 2:10 hours.
The airline reported flight NZ-433 (editorial note: typo! Flight NZ-433 landed normally in Wellington on first departure) returned to Auckland as a precaution after the aircraft received a lightning strike on departure.
The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground about 38 hours after landing.
