An Envoy Canadair CRJ-700, registration N516AE performing flight MQ-3512 from Chicago O'Hare,IL to Omaha,NE (USA), was enroute at FL340 about 110nm west of Chicago at about 03:05Z when the aircraft encountered turbulence causing injuries to one crew member. The aircraft continued to Omaha for a safe landing about 45 minutes later.

The FAA reported a crew member (showing in the table one flight crew member) received an unknown injury when the aircraft encountered turbulence at FL350.
