Germany's BFU reported in their June Bulletin released on Nov 16th 2016, that during disembarkation about 7 minutes after touchdown a female passenger tripped on the stairs and fell off the stairs receiving serious injuries. The occurrence was rated an accident and is being investigated by the BFU.
