A UIA Ukraine International Airlines Boeing 737-300, registration UR-GBD performing flight PS-34 from Lviv to Kiev (Ukraine), rejected takeoff from Lviv at 48 KIAS and returned to the apron. The flight was cancelled.

Ukraine's NBAAI reported on Sep 21st 2016, that they received information from the operator, that the takeoff was rejected due to "change the front desk handling" and complained that the information does not permit to identify what really happened to the aircraft, the NBAAI assumes some sort of control problem with the nose wheel steering. Due to the lack of accurate information the NBAAI was unable to complete a meaningful investigation of the occurrence.

The NBAAI recommended to the Civil Aviation Authority of the Ukraine to ensure operators provide accurate information about the circumstances of an occurrence in incident notifications.
