An Expressjet Canadair CRJ-700 on behalf of Delta Airlines, registration N605QX performing flight EV-5469/DL-5469 from Pittsburgh,PA to Minneapolis,MN (USA), was on a visual approach to Minneapolis' runway 12L, when the crew advised they had lost nose wheel steering and needed to stop on the runway. The aircraft was re-assigned to runway 17 and landed safely on runway 17 about 12 minutes later. The aircraft stopped at the end of the runway and was towed to the apron.

The occurrence aircraft was able to return to service about 100 minutes after landing.
