An Airlinair Avions de Transport Regional ATR-42-500 on behalf of Hop!, registration F-GPYD performing flight A5-4512 from Lyon (France) to Bologna (Italy) with 30 passengers, was accelerating for takeoff when the crew rejected takeoff at low speed due to a takeoff configuration alarm. The aircraft returned to the apron.

A replacement ATR-72-212A registration F-GVZV reached Bologna with a delay of 105 minutes.
