The airline reported the aircraft developed some technical issues with an engine a few minutes prior to landing, the aircraft landed safely.
The occurrence aircraft was unable to continue service, a replacement aircraft was dispatched to Bahawalpur to perform the return flight PK-589.
On May 25th 2016 the French BEA reported the crew received an engine fire warning for the right hand engine, the crew worked the related checklists and continued for a safe landing. About 5 minutes after landing te left outer main tyre deflated. The occurrence was rated a serious incident and is being investigated by Pakistan's Authorities.
