A Westjet Boeing 737-800, registration C-FUCS performing flight WS-217 from Montreal,QC to Calgary,AB (Canada) with 115 people on board, was enroute at FL360 about 60nm southwest of Saskatoon,SK (Canada) when the crew decided to divert to Saskatoon reporting an electrical burning odour in the cabin. The aircraft landed safely in Saskatoon about 20 minutes later.

The Canadian TSB reported cabin crew noticed an electrical burning odour but could not determine the source prompting the flight crew to divert to Saskatoon. Maintenance could not find any fault.
