The Canadian TSB reported maintenance found metal debris in the right hand engine's gear box, the engine was replaced. The TSB added, that three days earlier the right hand engine had shown a low oil quantity indication during startup in Seattle,WA (USA), the engine was shut down and a third party maintenance added 13 quarts of oil. The engine was ground run with no leaks found and released to service.
