An Aurora Airlines de Havilland Dash 8-300, registration RA-67251 performing flight HZ-781 from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk to Okha (Russia) with 43 passengers and 3 crew, was climbing through FL190 out of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk when the crew received indication of electrical problems, stopped the climb and returned to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk for a safe landing.

The Far Eastern Investigative Committee of the Department of Transport reported the commander decided to return to the departure aerodrome and made a perfect landing. An investigation has been opened to determine the circumstances of the incident.
