A SAT Airlines de Havilland Dash 8-300, registration RA-67251 performing flight HZ-800 from Kunashir Island to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (Russia) with 31 passengers and 3 crew, was descending towards Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk when the crew reported the failure of the #2 hydraulic system. The aircraft landed safely on Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk's runway 01 about 20 minutes later.
