A Bahamasair de Havilland Dash 8-300, flight UP-281 from Marsh Harbour (Bahamas) to West Palm Beach,FL (USA), was on approach to West Palm Beach's runway 14 about 6nm before touchdown when the aircraft flew through a flock of birds, at least one bird impacting the aircraft. The crew continued the approach, reported the bird strike but did not request any assistance and landed safely on runway 14.

The FAA reported a post flight examination revealed minor damage to the aircraft.
