A Jazz de Havilland Dash 8-100, registration C-GANS performing flight QK-8762 from Quebec,QC to Sept-Iles,QC (Canada) with 24 people on board, was on final approach to Sept-Iles' runway 09 when the crew received an unsafe indication for the nose gear and went around. The crew subsequently worked the checklists, selected the gear up and down, but again received the unsafe indication. The crew called out emergency services, checked the gear status via the alternative indications which showed all gear down and locked and continued for a safe landing on runway 09 about 30 minutes later.

The Canadian TSB is awaiting further information.
