A Buzz Boeing 737-800 on behalf of Ryanair, registration SP-RKK performing flight FR-4008 from Seville,SP (Spain) to Marrakesh (Morocco), was departing Seville's runway 27 when upon rotation one of the aircraft tyres burst also causing a hydraulic failure. The aircraft levelled off at 4000 feet, then entered a hold at 5000 feet before positioning for an approach to runway 27. The aircraft landed safely on runway 27 about one hour after departure.

Poland's PKBWL reported Spain's CIAIAC opened an investigation into the occurrence.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Seville 8 days later.
