An American Airlines Boeing 737-800, registration N991AN performing flight AA-460 from San Francisco,CA to Dallas Ft. Worth,TX (USA), was enroute at FL370 about 170nm northeast of Las Vegas,NV when the crew detected the integrated stand by flight display (ISFD) showed a failure flag. The crew decided to divert to Las Vegas for a safe landing about 35 minutes later.

The ISFD was replaced, the aircraft continued after 2 hours on the ground and reached Dallas with a delay of 2.5 hours.
