An Air Tindi de Havilland Dash 7-100, registration C-FPBJ performing flight DA-806 from Bathurst Inlet,NU to Yellowknife,NT (Canada) with 3 crew, was enroute about 50nm from Yellowknife when the #3 engine (PT6A, inboard right hand) rolled back to idle uncommandedly. The crew shut the engine down and continued to Yellowknife for a safe landing.
