A Canadian North Boeing 737-400, registration C-FFNE performing a flight from Rankin Inlet,NU to Winnipeg,MB (Canada) with 2 crew, was enroute at FL360 over Churchill,MB (Canada) when the crew received a cabin altitude warning and initiated an emergency descent to 14,000 feet. The aircraft continued to Winnipeg for a safe landing.

The Canadian TSB reported it is believed the cabin altitude warning occurred because of inadequate duct pressure from the #1 engine. The aircraft levelled off at 14,000 feet with the cabin altitude below 10,000 feet.
