An Air Canada Boeing 787-8, registration C-GHPV performing flight AC-410 from Toronto,ON to Montreal,QC (Canada) with 150 people on board, was enroute at FL310 about 100nm east of Toronto when the first officer's windshield cracked. The crew declared PAN PAN and continued to Montreal for a safe landing about 35 minutes later.

The occurrence aircraft returned to service about 29.5 hours after landing.
