An Envoy Embraer ERJ-175, registration N220NN performing flight MQ-3691/AA-3691 from Dallas Ft. Worth,TX (USA) to Aguascalientes (Mexico), was climbing out of Dallas Ft. Worth's runway 18L when the crew stopped the climb at 11,000 feet advising they had a bad door indicator and wanted to return to Dallas. The crew further advised they had positive cabin pressure, just the door indication which they didn't feel comfortable to continue with. The aircraft returned to Dallas Ft. Worth for a safe landing on runway 18R about 20 minutes after departure.

The aircraft remained on the ground for about 80 minutes, then departed again and reached Aguascalientes with a delay of 100 minutes.
