A Jazz Canadair CRJ-200, registration C-GUJA performing flight QK-8682/AC-8682 from Montreal,QC to Bagotville,QC (Canada) with 42 passengers and 4 crew, landed on Bagotville's runway 11 at 09:43L (14:43Z), vacated the runway onto runway 36 and was about to join taxiway H when the aircraft skidded off the paved surfaces and came to a stop with all gear on soft ground. There were no injuries, the aircraft sustained minor if any damage.

On Feb 20th 2019 the TSB reported the aircraft landed on runway 11, vacated onto runway 36 and was about to turn off runway 36 onto taxiway H at about 8-10 knots, when the aircraft skidded causing the nose wheel to depart paved surface. There were no injuries, the aircraft did not sustain any damage. The crew had been advised that that surface was slippery.
