An Air Canada Rouge Boeing 767-300, registration C-FJZK performing flight RV-1895 from Las Vegas,NV (USA) to Vancouver,BC (Canada) with 202 passengers and 8 crew, was enroute at FL380 step climbing to FL400 when a flight attendant received serious injuries due to an unattended service cart. The aircraft continued to destination for a safe landing about 100 minutes after the occurrence.

The Canadian TSB reported: "During cruise flight approximately 140 nm South Southeast of Lovelock/Derby Field, NV (KLOL), a cabin crew member was seriously injured by an unattended cart, and became incapacited for the remainder of the flight."
