An Air Canada Rouge Boeing 767-300, registration C-FJZK performing positioning flight RV-2377 from Melbourne,FL (USA) to Toronto,ON (Canada) with 2 crew on board, was accelerating through 110 KIAS for takeoff from Melbourne when the crew received a "GEAR NOT DOWN" aural warning associated with a master warning. The crew rejected takeoff, stopped on the runway and declared Mayday. The aircraft was inspected and cleared to taxi to the apron.

The Canadian TSB reported the operator's maintenance is investigating the occurrence.

The aircraft had positioned to Melbourne on May 1st 2019 as flight RV-2376 and was about to return to Toronto. The aircraft remained in Melbourne for two more days, then positioned to Toronto and resumed service on May 10th 2019.
