A Cebu Pacific Airbus A320-200, registration RP-C3237 performing flight 5J-461 from Manila to Iloilo (Philippines) with 180 people on board, landed on Iloilo's runway 20 but veered right off the runway and came to a stop on soft ground with the nose gear collapsed. There were no injuries, the aircraft sustained substantial damage.

The airline reported an emergency evacuation was initiated after landing, all occupants have been accounted for without injuries.

The CAAP reported the runway is being closed until Sunday (Oct 15th 2017) 7pm for the recovery of the aircraft.
