A Cebu Pacific Airbus A320-200, registration RP-C4135 performing flight 5J-461 from Manila to Iloilo (Philippines), touched down on Iloilo's runway 02, however, veered left off the runway and performed a go around. The aircraft positioned for another approach to runway 02 and landed without further incident about 25 minutes later.

Philippines' CAAP reported the aircraft suffered a temporary runway excursion before the go around, the aircraft received minor damage. The occurrence was rated a serious incident and is being investigated.

The aircraft returned to service on May 28th 2025.
