The aircraft was resuming flight BA-262 scheduled to depart on Aug 7th after it had returned on Aug 7th due to the same problem, see Incident: British Airways B744 at Riyadh on Aug 7th 2013, could not fully retract flaps.
A replacement Boeing 747-400 registration G-CIVD was dispatched to Riyadh and reached London as flight BA-262Y with a delay of 52 hours.
The incident aircraft positioned back to London on Aug 10th as flight BA-9177 with a delay of 72 hours but has not yet resumed service.
