A Delta Airlines Boeing 767-300, registration N199DN performing flight DL-9958 from Atlanta,GA to Boston,MA (USA), was climbing out of Atlanta's runway 26L when the crew stopped the climb at 10,000 feet reporting a minor pressurization issue, a window issue affecting pressurization, and decided to return to Atlanta for a safe landing on runway 26R about 15 minutes after departure.

The aircraft remained on the ground for about 35 minutes, then departed again from runway 26L but again needed to return to Atlanta after tower advised the crew the gear had not come up. The crew confirmed gear problems and decided to stop the climb at 6000 feet, climbed to 7000 feet on ATC instruction and returned to Atlanta for a safe landing on runway 26R about 20 minutes after departure.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Atlanta about 21.5 hours after second landing back.
