A Spicejet de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration VT-SUS performing flight SG-1004 from Vijayawada to Hyderabad (India) with 75 people on board, was climbing out of Vijaywada when the crew decided to return to Vijaywada reporting engine (PW150) problems. The aircraft landed safely back.

The occurrence aircraft returned to service after about 29 hours on the ground.
