A GoAir Airbus A320-200, registration VT-WGC performing flight G8-329 from Mumbai to Delhi (India) with 183 people on board, was descending towards Delhi when the crew noticed a problem with the left hand engine (PW1127) and requested emergency services on stand by for the landing. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on Delhi's runway 28.

The airline reported the crew observed a bleed air problem and reduced the thrust on the engine. An engine component needed to be replaced.

The occurrence aircraft resumed service after 5 hours on the ground.
