A PSA Airlines Canadair CRJ-900 on behalf of American Airlines, registration N569NN performing flight AA-5337 from Charlotte,NC to Richmond,VA (USA), was climbing out of Charlotte's runway 36R when birds impacted the aircraft at about 500 feet AGL. In the absence of abnormal indications the crew continued the flight to Richmond for a safe landing about 45 minutes later.

The FAA reported the birds impacted the radome causing unknown damage.
