A Norwegian Air Shuttle Boeing 737-800, registration LN-NHD performing flight DY-392 from Oslo to Andenes (Norway), was enroute at FL350 about 30nm southeast of Trondheim (Norway) when the first officer reported the captain was sick and diverted the aircraft to Trondheim for a safe landing on runway 27 about 19 minutes later. The aircraft vacated the runway and stopped on the taxiway, where an ambulance took care of the captain.

The aircraft was subsequently towed to the apron, where a standby captain boarded the aircraft.

The aircraft was able to depart Trondheim after about one hour after landing and reached Andenes with a delay of 75 minutes.
