The Candian TSB reported maintenance replaced the thrust reverser outboard upper blocker door latch and fitting roller, rigged and aligned latch and door and performed functional tests before returning the aircraft to service.
The aircraft had suffered a similiar incident on the left engine in 2015, see Incident: Air Canada A320 at Los Angeles on Oct 19th 2015, rejected takeoff due to reverser unlocked indication.
