A passenger reported the crew announced they suspected a fuel leak and were diverting to West Palm Beach. A Boeing 737, scheduled to fly West Palm Beach to Chicago O'Hare but remaining idle due to the cancellation of that flight due to weather in Chicago, continued the flight to Washington.
A replacement Boeing 737-800 registration N979AN reached Washington with a delay of 100 minutes.
