The Canadian TSB reported: "During deceleration after touchdown, a trolley cart left its storage position in the aft galley. The cart travelled down the aisle and injured three passengers." Two passengers received serious, another passener minor injuries. The occurrence was rated an accident, however, no investigation was opened.
