A Westjet Encore de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration C-FUWE performing flight WS-3251 from Edmonton,AB to Calgary,AB (Canada) with 40 people, was on approach to Calgary when the crew observed the #2 hydraulic pressure decreasing. When the pressure had dropped to 20% the crew declared PAN, entered a hold to work the related checklists and consulted with maintenance. The crew performed an alternate gear extension and continued for a safe landing in Calgary.

The Canadian TSB reported the #2 engine driven pump was replaced.
