A Westjet Encore de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration C-GWJK performing flight WR-3371 from Saskatoon,SK to Calgary,AB (Canada) with 70 people on board, was cleared for a RNAV Y runway 35L approach in clear weather and light winds. The aircraft touched down at 21:30L at 7 degrees nose up and the aircraft became airborne again. The pitch was reduced and the aircraft touched down a second time 6 seconds later at +2.17G, the crew received a "TOUCHED RUNWAY" advisory light. The aircraft slowed without further incident and taxied to the apron.

The Canadian TSB reported there were no injuries, the aircraft however sustained substantial damage to the lower side of the empennage. The occurrence was rated an accident.
